Preface

by | Apr 12, 2013 | Opus Magnum

Abukasem the Greedy PerfumerAbu Kasem the Greedy Perfumer, and his vindictive observations on everything else.

An incredible account of what could have been, what could be, and what will be thought in a probable past, in an ignored present, and in an unlikely future by not so ordinary people that may have existed, that do exist, and that might come to exist in the endless possibilities of time.

Some of the ideas written and developed here have been modified only at the extent to which we have been allowed. They have a life and an intention of their own, and there is nothing we can do to improve them if they refuse further expansion or manipulation.

Francis Bacon’s Essays, LVIII. ‘Salomon saith, There is no new thing upon the earth. So that as Plato had an imagination, that all knowledge was but remembrance; so Salomon giveth his sentence, that all novelty is but oblivion.’
